Return Policy
At Shree Alankaar Abhushan, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since most of our jewellery pieces are handcrafted and made with great care, we request customers to read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
- Returns are accepted only in case of:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Missing items in the package
- To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our products, returns for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or personal liking are not accepted.
- Customized or personalized jewellery orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
